The internet cost/speed in Nigeria is still a problem for users but it certainly didn't stop users from constantly browsing the Internet. The number of internet users in Nigeria increased further in May, 2018 with the number reaching 103 million according to the NCC. This figure is evidently different from the result in 2012 when Nigeria recorded 28million internet users in the country.

Yes I'm among those folks who believe the internet cost/speed in Nigeria is way too expensive and has had a lot if people stuck without internet connection because they cannot consistently afford it.
It has been revealed by QZ that the monthly broadband packages in Nigeria cost more than the minimum wage.

While it's good to see this impressive result(increase in internet usage) in Nigeria, I feel the major attention now should be on the NCC.  They need to efficiently work on improving the quality of services provided by the ISPs so that the general public can get optimal value for the money spent on buying internet data.

We can only hope it gets better.
