As a blogger who is striving to succeed and to make reasonable income from blogging, it is very important for you to learn and understand the right way to grow your blog rather than learning the hard way.
In this post, I will explain what you should watch out for as your blog traffic grows

Let's get started!

1. Add Some "Strong Words" On Your Contact Form.
Now you have reached a significant number of monthly visitors on your site, you should understand that people would want to take advantage of your huge traffic by placing links on your site , requesting for you to post about their products for free and try to get you to join their affiliate programs.  If you don't carefully watch out, it will get overwhelming.  You can reduce fake requests on your blog by placing some wordings above your contact form.

See example:

"Do you have a question / comment / idea / advertising inquiry for me? I would love to read from you! I always try to respond to every email, especially from my readers. I enjoy talking to you!

However, as a result of the large volume of emails I receive on a daily basis, please understand that if you are a business reaching out for a partnership, You may not get my response to your request unless it matches my current business needs. "

The above wordings does help a lot even though you may still get emails all the time from different folks.

2. Begin To Consider Products That Would Be A Fit To Your Top Posts If You Haven't Yet.
Some bloggers are fond of relying only on ads as their only source of monetizing their blogs. Honestly, if you asked me, I'd say that's not enough if you are looking to hit over $100,000 a month like the popular top blogger  Rosemarie Groner.
You should use your massive traffic to your advantage and start selling products related to your niche. There are so many things you can sell, it could be ebooks, accessories, wears or even give online courses and I can go on and on.
So Think about it: imagine how much you would make by selling products related to your niche plus placing ads on your blog.  Hmm, that's definitely mouthwatering.

3. Try Out Various Offers On Your Top Posts.
Have you thought of what your readers might actually like?  Well, since you've got the traffic, why not try out different calls to action, affiliate offers available, or consider placing a Google form to get interest in a product you are planning to create.

4. Try Joining More Sponsored Post Networks.
No doubt if you have been blogging for over two months, you should know by now that the more your blog traffic increases, the higher your chances of getting more offers for Sponsored posts.  Once you have established a strong presence online, trust me you will start getting a variety of offers from different networks every year.

Overall, I can categorically tell you that if you choose to stick to these ideas the right way and consistently learn traffic strategies, your online presence will grow into something you couldn't have dream of.  It's only a matter of time.

I hope you enjoyed this post. I would love to read your experience and know about the strategies you use in monetizing your blog.
