Android Pie To Arrive On Eight Motorola phones

Android Pie is the newest OS from Google which was previously limited to Pixel phones and the Essential phone

Motorola announced yesterday that that Android Pie Update will reach eight phones sometime this fall according to The Verge.
Android Pie is the newest OS from Google which was previously limited to Pixel phones and the Essential phone. This update would arrive on Moto Phones soon.

The latest Android Pie features system-level gesture controls, expanded AI smarts, improved notifications, to mention a few.
Moto E5 which launched earlier in 2018 and the Moto G5 an awesome phone from last year, are clearly missing from the lineup. Which means E5 and G5 owners are not on the latest Android Pie features.

The following are Moto Phones expecting to receive the Android Pie:

- Moto Z3
- Moto Z3 Play
- Moto Z2 Force Edition
- Moto Z2 Play
- Moto X4
- Moto G6 Plus
- Moto G6
- Moto G6 Play

Google designed Android Pie because it saw the need to reduce notification overload and help users develop better relationships with their mobile devices.
In the mean time, we can only expect it to roll out to more devices soon.
